How it is stored

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file store. They are not publicly readable and are accessible only to authorized staff handling your request.

Website usage measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure how this website is used, for example which pages are viewed, whether a request form was submitted successfully, and whether a phone link was tapped. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your device and browser information, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the page addresses you visit. We have turned off Google advertising features and ad personalization for this website.

The contents of our forms are never sent to Google Analytics. Your name, email address, phone number, property address, message and uploaded files are not included in any measurement data. We record only that a submission was stored, not what it contained. We also do not know whether a phone call actually took place, only that a phone link was selected. Page addresses are sent without query strings, so nothing typed into a search or form field is included.

Google describes how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block this measurement with your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The forms and phone links work normally either way.
